  • Educational Status: Students entering K-12 grades who are either starting school in North Carolina, were previously enrolled in a public school, or are current recipients.
  • School Requirements: Funds can be used at eligible private schools that meet state standards.
  • Other North Carolina Education Scholarships: Families may apply to both the North Carolina Opportunity Scholarship and ESA+ programs provided the family and student meet the eligibility requirements.
